DELEGATE FEES

We aim to make your visit to Nottingham interesting and enjoyable. Incubation will provide a stream of discussion and entertainment from early 'til late, and you'll have little time for excursions but you might like to plan to extend your stay for a day or a few days before or after the conference. Travel to and around the city is easy and it offers a wealth of galleries, museums, shops, cafes and entertainments.

Almost all of our delegates choose to stay at the Peverell Halls of Residence and are very impressed by the level of comfort and excellent food. The bar will be open until midnight on Monday and Tuesday and sessions will start early, so Peverell is a good option even if you live nearby. Accommodation is in flats of 6 ensuite bedrooms plus shared kitchen, so if you would like to share a flat with friends, make sure you tell us who they are on your booking form.

The Schedule
The Symposium begins at 11am Monday 12 July 2004 (registration opens at 9am) and culminates with Steve Gibson's Virtual DJ performance in the evening of Wednesday 14 July.

Extra nights' bed and breakfast are available at a rate of £30.55 per night (no concessions).

Concessionary rates are for students, senior citizens and those in receipt of income-related benefits. Proof of status is required. If you are in any doubt regarding your eligibility then please contact us.

Refunds
Refunds are available up to 21st June 2004 but will incur a 10% administration charge.
We regret that we cannot offer refunds for cancellations after 21st June 2004.

Help with fees
In the past some delegates have received help with conference fees from their local arts organisation. English delegates should contact the Education Officer at their local arts board http://www.artscouncil.org.uk/ for more information. Delegates outside England should contact the relevant organisation.
