Pre-Symposium information
Below you should find all of the information you
need in advance of Incubation3. Please ensure that you read
to the end of this page as it contains important information about
your visit. We recommend that you print it out and take
it with you on your journey to the symposium for reference.
Time and Place
Incubation takes place at The Nottingham Trent University,
Clifton Lane, Clifton, Nottingham, NG11 8NS. For details
on how to reach the campus and a map of the venue itself please

(registration opens at 9am) and culminates with Steve Gibson's
Virtual DJ performance in the evening of Wednesday 14 July.
Travel
If you plan to take a taxi please ensure
that you ask specifically for the Clifton Campus of The Nottingham
Trent University. We have another campus in the city center
plus another university altogether so it is important that you
are being taken to the correct place! A taxi should cost around
£5 GBP and will take around ten minutes. If you would like
some advice on other travel routes then either consult the Travel
Information page of the website for details or contact
us and we will do our best to assist.
Registration
Registration will take place between 09.00 and 11.00 and between
13.15 and 14.45 on Monday 12th July in the Main Building of the
Clifton Campus. The registration desk will also be open during
Monday lunchtime for late arrivals and between 09.00 and 10.00
on the Tuesday and Wednesday morning for day delegates.

The Peverell Halls of Residence lie at the rear of Clifton Campus
and details can be found on the website at the following address:
http://trace.ntu.ac.uk/incubation/accommodation.cfm
Your room key can be collected from the Peverell office which
is staffed 24 hours a day and the office
telephone number is +44 (0)115 8483110.
The symposium dinner will take place on Tuesday
13th July at 19.00 and there will be a licensed bar open from
18.00 on both Monday and Tuesday.
Please note that not everyone has booked for accommodation
and / or the symposium dinner. For confirmation on what you have
registered for, please refer to the covering letter attached to
your receipt.
PAT Testing
Speakers with equipment for their presentation and delegates with
contributions to the Flashback session should have their equipment
PAT tested (portable appliance testing) on arrival at the symposium.
An area will be set-up next to the registration desk on the Monday
and trAce staff will direct you there. If you need anything PAT
testing at any other time then please contact a member of trAce
staff who will be pleased to help you. Please note that you should
not use any equipment that has not been through this process.
Sales Table
Delegates will have the opportunity to purchase items such as
CDs, Books and DVDs throughout the symposium. If you wish to bring
items with you to sell then please talk to a member of trAce staff
on your arrival and they will be happy to advise you further.
For the opening times of the Sales Table please consult the online
programme.
