East Midlands Arts' Literature Newsletter

August - September 2001

Welcome to the August/September 2001, final issue of Foreword. The newsletter is split into the following sections: Regional Events (by county); Regular Meetings/Courses; Non Regional & National/International Events; News and Competitions. Foreword is also available in print form - contact Lisa Pacynko, Editor.

A Final Goodbye from Foreword

As reported in previous issues of Foreword, the newsletter will cease with this issue. It is therefore important that you read the information below and join alternative mailing lists if you wish to continue receiving information about literature on a regular basis.

East Midlands Arts will continue to send you mailings from time to time but we do not wish to duplicate information and services available elsewhere, in particular, through the East Midlands network of Literature Development Officers. The Literature Development Officers are county-based animateurs involved in researching, networking and enhancing the local literary scene.

Many of the Literature Development Officers now produce a regular newsletter or bulletin of their own, and full details are provided below, advising you how to make contact with them to register your details. If you wish to be added to more than one mailing list, then please contact the Literature Development Officers individually to arrange this.
